You can request a colour swatch prior to placing your order on the products held in store but cannot guarantee exact match when having to order new stock in as the products to not carry a colour match code.
Laineys Millinery Headpieces are not waterproof and should never be worn in the rain or snow, or highly moisturised environment. Laineys Millinery will not be responsible if your headpieces become damaged by weather, or the environment. Laineys Millinery can not guarantee that the colour dye in materials, will stay fixed under any of the points set out above.

Once Lainey’s receive payment for your order, Your order will be ready to collect by a prior appointment confirmed in a text/email.
Lainey’s Millinery delivers hats via the Royal Mail. Next Day Special Delivery service is available, and costing will be at the current Royal Mail pricing. All packages must be signed for. Post and Packaging for each hat ordered will be based on the size of the parcel.
Laineys cannot leave packages in a safe place all parcels must be signed for.
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to the unavailability of a signature, the package is not collected from a Royal Mail sorting office or an alternative time is not arranged with Royal Mail for re-delivery, then an additional charge for postage will be levied (once the original package is returned to us) and re-dispatched.
International shipping costs vary depending on the country and also the size and weight of hat. It is usually around £30 within Europe and up to £70 worldwide but please contact us for an exact quote. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.
Lainey’s takes pride in the design and quality of all creations and laineys policy is all products supplied reach you in perfect condition. I am happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided a request is in writing within the terms listed below. Headpieces that are purchased from Laineys can be returned or exchange within 14 days from when you received them with proof of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all Post and Packaging costs. The Headpiece must be in perfect condition The items need to be returned unworn and in the same condition you received them, with their original tags still attached along with proof of purchase. (See below for custom made items.)
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back within the agreed time, we recommend royal mails special delivery. Refunds will not be given for headpieces that arrive back late. No refunds will be given if you fail to return any items within the agreed time frame. Before returning any items, please email Laineys, we can then look out for your return.
Laineys do not refund on any item that has been custom made / bespoke to your requirements. Although Laineys will happily make slight adjustments to the embellishments within the original order placed.
No Returns on Deposits that has been taken against Custom Made /Bespoke to your requirements.
If you have had a hat trimmed with additional feathers etc, or additional accessories then the cost between £10 – £25 will be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. Any agreed refund will be issued back to you in the original format that the purchase was made, within 5 days of the agreed refund. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding Post and Packaging
